How does paintless dent repair work?
Our skilled technicians use special tools to push or massage the metal back into its original shape. This is being done by accessing the dent through window openings or other openings, so the dent is pushed out from the inside. Rarely is an interior panel removed for access, which aides the speed of the process. In a typical dent removal, the metal around the outside edge of the dent is slowly massaged back into its original position. The dent becomes progressively smaller as the technician works from the outside edge. Eventually, the dent becomes so small it blends with the texture of the paint and disappears completely.

What can be fixed?
P.D.R. has proven to be very effective for the following:  •very small to larger dents such as golf ball dents, parking and shopping trolley dents •generally, 1990 model cars and newer •paint has not been broken or cracked •the body panel has not been previously repaired Admittedly, not all damage to a vehicle can be repaired with PDR techniques, such as metal or plastic bumpers, collision sized damage, etc.

How long does it take?
The time it takes to remove a dent depends totally on size and location of dent but most repair can be done in about 2 hours.   What are the advantages of Paintless Dent Removal?   A number of advantages for P.D.R. include:  •no repainting or body filler needed •less expensive than traditional body repair •same- day service in most cases •no risk of paint overspray on other vehicle areas •no risk of incorrect colour matching •vehicle retains original paint and value
A vehicle with the original finish retains a higher value than a repainted vehicle. Buyers are now more educated and generally look for paint flaws and signs of accident repair, such as colour differences on body panels.   How much does it cost?   Prices vary depending on size, location and complexity.
